Join us as we begin Lent, the 40 day season of fasting leading up to Easter Sunday, where we look directly at our sin and align ourselves with Christ in His final days. Seth Troutt at Ironwood Church (formerly Redemption Gateway) wrote an article on fasting a few years ago that may be helpful to you as we enter this season. Click here to read his article.
We invite you to prayerfully consider entering into this season of fasting alongside our pastors and staff as we fast every Tuesday during Lent – it makes the feast of the resurrection that much sweeter. As you fast and feel led, consider giving to our ministry partners through our Lent Offering, using the money that you normally would spend on lunch as an offering toward work the Lord is doing in Arcadia, throughout Phoenix, and across the world. Each week we will give to a different partner who seeks to care for the last, the least, and the lost.
