Our church does a good job proclaiming the Gospel and teaching the Bible every Sunday. However, I am not so sure we (perhaps me, especially) do a good job proclaiming God’s clear and magnificent fulfillment of His prophecies and promises.
This constitutes a “miss” in my estimation. We miss the incredible HOPE and WISDOM embedded in the fulfillment of His prophecies and promises. We miss the confidence in our faith and the work of the Cross that God accomplishes through these prophecies and promises. In some respect, we miss the core of our wonderful, beautiful faith.
So this year for Advent, that will be our focus. We will be examining the text of Luke 1:1 – 2:20 for these five messages and we will highlight the glory, majesty, and hope of:
John the Baptist Foretold
Jesus the Christ Foretold
The Magnificat
John the Baptist Born (fulfilled)
Jesus the Christ Born (fulfilled)
These 100 verses in Luke are LOADED with hope, wisdom, fulfillment, and joy. We hope you will not only join us for these five messages, but that you will invite many people to come with you. – Frank Switzer

Research has clearly shown, but is not widely disseminated, that the “three-legged stool” of family, work, and faith are the key to a livable, successful society and culture.
And yet, it is those very things that are under attack in our world.
Aaron Baer will be with us to share why these three things are so important, why they are under attack, and how we should responsibly respond.

Guest Speaker
As artificial intelligence and digital technology continue to push boundaries, Christians need to remember what it means to be human.
