There are two things about Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, recorded in The Gospel of Matthew (Chapters 5 – 7) that we believe people frequently overlook:
Often, we need to UN-learn something before we can learn the better and more profitable. Jesus helps us to UN-learn unhelpful life patterns and to learn patterns that are the Way of Jesus. This is one of the most important things Jesus does in the Sermon on the Mount.
Jesus is full of surprises. And His surprises are not just limited to the Professional Religious People of His day, nor to His disciples who actually sat in on His treatise. He has surprises for us today as well.
Join us at Redemption Arcadia as we explore these three magnificent chapters of the New Testament for 16 weeks beginning August 11.

Research has clearly shown, but is not widely disseminated, that the “three-legged stool” of family, work, and faith are the key to a livable, successful society and culture.
And yet, it is those very things that are under attack in our world.
Aaron Baer will be with us to share why these three things are so important, why they are under attack, and how we should responsibly respond.
