Fourth Sunday of Advent: Love

Frank Switzer

Today we light the candle of Love.

Pray with Me

Jesus,

Love incarnate,
Eternal comfort,
our hiding place,
strong tower,
steadfast provider,
our confidant and friend.
In You we find the love our souls restlessly chase.

Love that draws,
love that slows.
Love that sees,
love that knows.

May we mirror this perfect love;
Spirit breathe on us.

That we would draw,
that we would slow.
That we would see,
that we would know.

We will sing of your steadfast love,
O LORD, forever;
with our mouths we will proclaim
your faithfulness
to all generations.

Psalm 89:1

Frank Switzer

Research has clearly shown, but is not widely disseminated, that the “three-legged stool” of family, work, and faith are the key to a livable, successful society and culture.

And yet, it is those very things that are under attack in our world.

Aaron Baer will be with us to share why these three things are so important, why they are under attack, and how we should responsibly respond.
